Who this is for

You must be 13 or older to use TedderBear Games. We do not knowingly provide the service to children under 13.

What we collect

• Account information, including your email address, chosen username, display name, and provider-supplied avatar URL. We use this to sign you in and maintain your account.
• Gameplay information, such as games started, game actions, votes, messages, and technical events. We use this to run the games, keep them fair, fix problems, and improve them.
• Text you write in games. It may be sent to our AI provider so AI players can respond, and to an automated moderation check that screens for abusive content. It is stored with the game record.
• Purchase information. Token purchases are handled by Stripe. We receive a record of what you bought and when; we never see or store your full card number.
• Reports and moderation records, if you report a message or problem, or a report is made about you.
• Cookies and usage data. We use cookies to keep you signed in. We collect privacy-friendly page-view statistics and error reports so we can see what’s used and what breaks; these are not used to track you across other sites.

Who else sees it

Other players. In games with friends, other players see your display name and the messages you send at the table. Messages in solo games are seen only by you and the AI.

Service providers. We rely on a small set of providers to run the service, and share only what each needs: Supabase (accounts and database), OpenAI (AI players and moderation), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and page analytics), Sentry (error reports), Resend (sign-in emails), and Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
• We do not ask you to create a password; sign-in is by email link or Google.

How long we keep it, and deleting your account

We keep account and game information only as long as needed to run, secure, and improve the service. You can delete your account at any time from Account. When you do, we anonymize your profile and seat identity, hand any active seat to an AI player, and close your sign-in access. We keep limited purchase, game-integrity, and moderation records where we need them for accounting, fairness, or safety. You can also email bruce@tedderbeargames.com to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date below.
