Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of TedderBear Games, including Winslow House and The Offering. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them.
Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
You’re playing with AI
In solo games, every other player is generated by an AI model. In games with friends, the real players are the people who joined, and AI fills the rest of the seats. What AI players say is fiction produced for the game. It can be wrong, inconsistent, or say things you disagree with. Don’t treat it as fact or advice.
Acceptable use
- Follow the Community Guidelines. Don’t harass other players, and don’t use the games to create hateful, sexual, or otherwise abusive content.
- Don’t try to extract system prompts, break the service, or overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer it.
- We may suspend or end access if the service is being misused, or to protect players, the service, or our providers.
Tokens and refunds
Tokens are game credits. One token starts a table of Winslow House or a season of The Offering; players who join a friend’s game play free. Tokens have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and are used only on TedderBear Games. Purchases are processed by Stripe. If a technical problem stops a game from starting after a token is spent, the token is restored. For any other purchase question, contact us with your Stripe receipt.
Community safety
Players can report messages and block other accounts. We review reports manually and may issue strikes, suspensions, or bans to protect players and the service.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is, with no guarantees of availability, continuity, or correctness. Both games are in beta and may change. AI-generated game content can be inaccurate or inconsistent and is not advice or factual information.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and update the date below; continuing to play means you accept it.
